Operations Specialist – Part-time

Job Summary:
This position is part-time – Tues.-Thurs. 2 pm to 8 pm EST, 2 hours on Sat.

This position is an opportunity to join a leading-edge company in a pivotal communication role, connecting patients with the Aspen RxHealth Pharmacist Community. As the primary point of contact for inbound calls, the Operations Specialist will connect patients to pharmacist services that will improve their medication experience and overall health. This role will also be instrumental to ensuring the quality and compliance of written communication provided to patients.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls from patients and triages to pharmacist community
• Reviews prescription SIGs entered by pharmacists for correct formatting

Clinical Alert Specialist

Job Summary
The clinical alert specialist is a full-time staff pharmacist position that focuses primarily on the design, deployment, maintenance, and quality monitoring of the alerts. In addition, this staff pharmacist role may include other activities related to the clinical services department.

General Accountabilities
• Propose clinical alerts designs (logic, coding, etc) for the company’s catalog and for contractual requirements
• Provide clinical alert testing to ensure the alerts are performing as expected in development environments, test environments, and live environments
• Provide scheduled reports of alert statistics and outcomes
• Support the sales and marketing team on the benefits of Aspen’s clinical alerts
• Collaborate with the data team and IT team as needed to optimize the clinical alert program
• Host a weekly scheduled meeting to continually optimize the program
• Assist with the content of the clinical alerts (ex. Patient-, pharmacist-, and prescriber-facing content)
• Assist with educating the pharmacists about the clinical alerts

Job Qualifications/Skills
• Extensive knowledge of quality measures for pharmacy including but not limited to PQA and NCQA measures
• Experience in designing, monitoring, and reporting on clinical alerts that help achieve success in quality measures for a given population
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college/university

The Regional Director/Vice President of Provider Growth will drive sales and commercial efforts to develop sales opportunities and contract with Provider partners (Health Systems, ACO, CIN’s, and At-Risk Provider Groups) that drive company revenue goals. Working from defined targets, supported by strategic marketing efforts, your primary role will be to identify, develop relationships, build pipelines and execute contracts that drive demand for Aspen’s Pharmacist Community.

General Accountabilities
• Develop strategic account plans, prospecting strategies, and building. relationships that foster pipeline growth resulting in new customer obtainment.

Job Qualifications/Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or greater in related field
• Clinical and healthcare relevance. A clinical degree is not required, but you must be able to demonstrate a comprehension of the healthcare market, trends, and at-risk models.
• Experience working with Health Plans, Health Systems, and/or organizations that sell into these entities is a plus.
• Comprehension of CMS regulations, programs. E.g. Medicare, CMMI, BPCI, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid.
• Demonstrated, basic knowledge of value-based care models and at-risk contracting models
• 7+ years of proven experience in a sales, business development, contracting, and revenue-goal roles.
• Training and/or certification in recognized sales process methodologies (Miller Heiman, Value Selling, Challenger sales)
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales/revenue quotas
• Proven analytic skills supportive of sales research and opportunity strategy development including Health Plan Quality Metrics, CMS performance data, Health System data (opportunity research)

Client Experience Manager

Job Summary
This position is an opportunity to join a leading-edge company in a pivotal client experience role, acting as a liaison between the client and Aspen RxHealth Operations. As the primary point of contact for clients, the Client Experience Manager develops and maintains relationships with clients and provides them product and services support that ensures client satisfaction.

This position is an opportunity to join our fast-growing company as our Community Communications Specialist. You will be serving as our primary liaison to our pharmacist community and develop initiatives to communicate within a timely manner that drives connection and satisfaction. Additionally, as the direct touchpoint with the community, you will increase engagement, quality of online interactions, and depth of insights to drive sustained growth.

General Accountabilities
• Serve as the primary liaison between the pharmacists and the Community Managers
• Manage recruiting campaigns on LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other social platforms.
• Proactively and responsively engage to email, vmail, and social inquiries from prospective pharmacists related to the community.
• Triage calls and electronic communication from current pharmacists efficiently routing the request to the appropriate internal resource.
• Facilitate meetings with pharmacist and internal stakeholders.
• Run weekly, monthly analytic reports for community managers.
• Foster relationships with community pharmacists and internal teammates.
• Act as the voice of our community back to internal teams, advocating for changes to address critical feedback and improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications/Skills
• Pharm Tech background is a bonus
• Minimum of two years healthcare experience or call center preferred
• A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
• Excellent written, computer, and oral communication to diverse populations with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with basic computer programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Team-oriented and able to work in a collaborative environment.
• A mission-driven individual with a belief in and commitment to the success of the team and the company.
