General Accountabilities

Senior .NET Developer

Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager of Software Engineering, we are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our IT department and build functional applications. Senior .NET Developer responsibilities include participating in the entire software development life cycle, debugging applications, and configuring existing systems. Ultimately, you will use your expertise in the .NET framework to help us deploy high-quality applications and support new customer implementations.

DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:
The candidate will be tasked to build, implement, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot Aspen’s cloud infrastructure solutions to meet the needs of the business roadmap, software product development, and its pharmacist marketplace platform service delivery.

Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Collect requirements, investigate issues, and provide exceptionally well-architected solutions.
• Build, maintain, and support infrastructure for environments within AWS, using an Infrastructure-as-Code approach and change control/SDLC.
• Responsible for release and deployment (CI/CD), working closely with Software Engineering, DevOps, and Release Manager.
• Design, build and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Ensure continuous compliance as environments change.

Job Qualifications/Skills

Required:
• 4+ years work experience with AWS cloud engineering in DevOps role
• Advanced experience in AWS core platform services like EC2, VPC
• Advanced experience in creating and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform and Terraform Cloud
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and documentation skills.

Experience in:
• Container orchestration via EKS / Kubernetes

Preference given for:

Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager of Project Management, the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is the vital link between our information technology team and our business & product stakeholders by reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and our product needs for the mobile and web applications supporting our community of pharmacists. The BSA also documents requirements, scope, and objectives using Epics, Features, and User Stories to help develop business solutions.

General Accountabilities
To understand Aspen’s products and business processes, distill complex stakeholder requirements into clear documentation, and facilitate discussions around those requirements with senior executives, developers, QA team members, and project managers.

  • Gather information from multiple sources and critically evaluate it, reconciling conflicts, disassembling high-level information into technical requirement details and distinguishing user requests from their true needs, as well as discovering additional needs
  • Work closely with product managers, project managers, and developers to document technical requirements
  • Effectively present and communicate documented requirements, as well as validation of outcomes of their implementation through testing and post-production review
  • Collaborate with internal team members to help identify, troubleshoot, and efficiently resolve technical issues
  • Liaison between technology teams, support teams, business stakeholders, and customers

Job Qualifications/Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or greater in marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in content creation and execution in digital channels and/or community management
• Gig-economy experience preferred
• A general understanding and relevant experience in healthcare is a plus
• Comfortable working within a matrixed environment
• Solid understanding of digital marketing touchpoints, including their respective strengths, nuances and success metrics, and what content works in each
• Community management experience with the ability to write/edit in a variety of styles including customer service/care

The Data Scientist will be a key member of our Data Science and Analytics team, which is tasked with discovering analytics insights and supporting data-driven decision-making across the Aspen RxHealth enterprise. You will work closely with our product, IT, and business teams to define business challenges and design analytical strategies to discover data-driven solutions.

• Delivering high quality, reproducible analytical insights using simple to advanced statistical and mathematical methods
• Using predictive analytics to optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, and other business outcomes

• Strong Data Storytelling skills with the ability to present results to non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of time-series and forecasting techniques for business processes

General Accountabilities
• Partner with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Product, and Data to test and share funnel conversion improvement ideas and acquisition campaigns
• Improve current acquisition channels and identify, test, and launch new acquisition channels to meet critical growth metrics
• Using data, communicate and demonstrate the trade-offs, timelines, and effectiveness of individual acquisition channels as they relate to broader acquisition goals
• A/B test content, campaigns, and messaging to optimize the effectiveness of various acquisition strategies
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications/Skills
• Prior experience launching, tracking, and scaling various acquisition channels such as Paid Acquisition and Referral and Ambassador programs
• Prior experience scaling supply acquisition strategies in a gig economy company is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using data visualization platforms
• Expertise in digital marketing
• Positive, proactive team-oriented approach/attitude
• Well-honed organizational skills and excellent communication skills
• A mission-driven individual with a belief in and commitment to the success of the team and the company

Data Analyst (Business Intelligence)

Job Summary

The Data Analyst will be a key member of our Data Science and Analytics team, which is focused on providing the business with timely and critical insights into the operational performance of the Aspen RxHealth platform. You will work closely with our business and product teams to define reporting needs, design dashboards and analytics deliverables, and implement effective business analytics practices that drive improved decision-making, efficiency, and performance.

General Accountabilities
• Designing, building, and deploying reporting and BI solutions from executive-level dashboards to targeted operational reports
• Evaluating and improving existing BI systems
• Assisting in the development of enterprise-level data solutions
• Monitoring KPIs to identify potential opportunities for performance and process improvement
• Generating high-quality reports and performing quality assurance on all deliverables
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation of data sets, reports, and procedures
• Supporting ad-hoc analysis requests and presenting results in a clear, concise manner
• Collecting, auditing, and validating data from multiple sources
• Communicating with internal customers to answer questions regarding reports and data
• Working with team members and IT partners to improve data management processes
• Fostering a culture of transparency, acting as a liaison across departments to ensure data accuracy and uniform understanding of key metrics
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications/Skills
• Proven experience in Analytics or BI role
• Excellent data visualization skills required
• Deep understanding of relational database concepts and expertise with SQL for querying and data management
• Expertise with descriptive and diagnostic analytics
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) required; AWS Athena & QuickSight experience preferred
• Knowledge of data lake and unstructured data concepts
• Strong Excel proficiency is required
• Degree in information technology, statistics, or data analysis, or equivalent combination of related education and experience
• Ability to present data analysis results to a non-technical audience
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent English in written and oral communication skills
