This position is an opportunity to join our fast-growing company as our Community Specialist. You will be serving as our primary liaison to our pharmacist community with service and support that drives connection and satisfaction. Additionally, as the direct touchpoint with the community, you will increase engagement, quality of online interactions, and depth of insights to drive sustained growth.

General Accountabilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Aspen’s community of pharmacists and the Community Managers
  • Proactively and responsively engage to email, voice mail, and social inquiries from prospective pharmacists related to the community.
  • Triage calls and electronic communication from current pharmacists efficiently route the request to the appropriate internal resource.
  • Facilitate meetings with pharmacists and internal stakeholders.
  • Run weekly and monthly analytic reports for Community Managers.
  • Foster relationships with community pharmacists and internal teammates.
  • Act as the voice of our community back to internal teams, advocating for changes to address critical feedback and improvements.

Job Qualifications/Skills

  • A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
  • A minimum of two years of healthcare experience, call center experience or administrative assistant experience is preferred
  • Excellent written, computer, and oral communication to diverse populations with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Team-oriented and able to work in a collaborative environment.
  • A mission-driven individual with a belief in and commitment to the success of the team and the company.
