Reporting to the SVP, Marketing & Communications , the Director, Product Marketing will be responsible for driving go-to-market activities, competitive intelligence, messaging, and positioning of our products at Aspen RxHealth.  You will work closely with our business teams to shape the evolution of Aspen Health’s foundation for market success. By doing your job well the product has a shorter sale cycle and a higher revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the education of internal and external stakeholders about our product/services features and their benefits
  • Create product content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, product guides, competitive analysis, product guardrails, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, etc.) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world
  • Assist members of our sales team as a subject matter expert on calls with prospects when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our products and solutions
  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage
  • Maintain subject matter expertise on regulations and market trends impacting our services, technology, and/or solutions positioning
  • Communicate the value of products and services to the sales and marketing team
  • Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product
  • Develop and implement promotional activities such as promotions and product launches
  • Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts
  • Gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas
  • Create and manage customer feedback loops, user committees – develop process to vet and improve product
  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage
  • Develop, manage product marketing roadmap process that prioritizes development
  • Act as Liaison between the Commercial Team and Development Team
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Previous relevant working experience for 5+ year(s)
  • Prefer BBA with concentration in Marketing or BA in Marketing or similar field
  • Comprehension of health plan economics
  • Experience working and understanding government health plan operations
  • Understanding and experience with quality measures – CMS Stars, etc.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life. You are at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role
  • Proficiency in content management systems. You will be expected to build product pages, optimize the conversion paths on those pages, and use dynamic calls-to-action to create and test buyer stage-specific calls-to-action.
