This position is an opportunity to join a leading-edge company in a pivotal operations role, leading a team of Operations Specialists, whose function is to connect patients with the Aspen RxHealth Pharmacist Community. The Operations Manager will oversee execution of key operational initiatives, including responsibility for both inbound communication as well as outreach strategies.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Operations Specialists, responsible for:
  • Answering incoming calls from patients and triaging to pharmacist community
  • Reviewing prescription SIGs entered by pharmacists for correct formatting
  • Processing mail deliverables for patients and monitors for quality
  • Obtaining fax numbers of prescribers and new phone numbers for patients
  • Recording all printing, mailing, and faxing to ensure compliance
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for operations vendors
  • Develops and executes Inbound and Outbound workflows and strategies
  • Oversees queue management

Job Qualifications/Skills :

  • Call center operations management experience preferred
  • 3+ years supervisory experience
  • Pharmacy experience preferred, retail or call center
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using Excel and Outlook simultaneously and strong data entry skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
