Senior Web Developer


Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager of Software Engineering, Pharmacist Experience, we are looking for a Senior Web Developer to join our engineering team and build functional, public-facing applications. Senior Web Developer responsibilities include participating in the entire software development life cycle, debugging Angular/.NET Core applications, and supporting existing systems. Ultimately, you will use your expertise in the Angular and .NET frameworks to help us deploy high-quality applications and support our pharmacist community.

General Accountabilities
• Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks
• Write clean, testable code using the Angular/RxJS platform and the .NET Core framework
• Develop technical specifications and front-end architecture
• Test and debug various Angular and .NET applications
• Review and refactor code
• Deploy fully functional applications
• Upgrade existing programs
• Support junior developers’ work
• Document development and operational procedures

Job Qualifications/Skills

  • Education and Experience
    • 3+ years of professional working experience with Angular 2 and above.
    • 5+ years of professional working experience with C# .NET; .NET Core experience a plus.
    • 5+ years of professional working experience with Relational Databases; SQL Server a plus.
    • 5+ years of professional working experience using source control branching strategies; Gitflow is a plus.
    • 3+ years of professional working experience using Cloud Technologies; AWS a plus.
    • Prefer Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information science/engineering or related fields.
  • Other areas of Expertise (one or many preferred)
    • Experience with UI design and prototyping
    • Experience working in remote teams
    • Experience with git, including subtrees
    • Familiarity with Healthcare technology applications, data, and processes
    • Excellent verbal, written communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
    • Work independently and collaborate well with architects, developers, DevOps, and IT management team.
    • Self-motivated and highly organized, analytical, and result-oriented.
