Aspen RxHealth Frequently
Asked Questions

You can register to join the Pharmacist Community at https://community.aspenrxhealth.com. Once registered, you can begin the onboarding process, which includes claiming your profile from Pharmacy Profiles (www.pharmacyprofiles.com), completing training, going through a credentialing process, and setting up a payment account.

At Aspen RxHealth, we match pharmacists by state licensure, clinical credentials, geographic location, and social criteria such as language. As our patient populations grow across the United States, we will continue to seek pharmacists to join the Pharmacist Community and deliver services. If we aren’t currently delivering services in your area, we will keep your information on file and alert you when opportunities become available. If you’re interested in delivering direct patient care, we encourage you to sign up now.

As an Aspen RxHealth pharmacist, you will be a 1099 contractor, compensated weekly for the consultations you deliver. Many of Aspen RxHealth’s actively engaged pharmacists earn up to $2,000 per week through a variety of consultations they provide, including comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs) and targeted medication reviews (TMRs). As an independent contractor, you choose your own hours and create your own schedule, free of administrative and managerial burdens – including inventory and staff management and performance quotas.

Additionally, as an Aspen RxHealth pharmacist, you will automatically be enrolled in our performance-based compensation program, Aspen Rewards Club (ARC). This program compensates you based on the quantity of consultations you complete. Our three tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum, each pay out at a higher rate. Silver pays 5% above the base rate, Gold pays 10% above the base rate, and Platinum pays 20% above the base rate. The earning potential is up to you.

There is a one-time, $75 credentialing fee to join the Aspen RxHealth Community. We believe in treating our pharmacists like providers, removing the barrier of traditional payment methods, and allowing our community to go direct-to-patient and be financially incentivized for the individual services provided. The one-time, non-refundable fee covers the cost of your background check and includes application user set-up, access to ongoing training opportunities from industry leaders, a social media group of over 3,600 clinical pharmacists with more added each day, and a mentoring program to help you sharpen your skills. Your fee will not be collected until we have confirmed that patient consultation opportunities exist in your area.

There are no additional fees once you are registered as a part of the Aspen RxHealth Pharmacist Community.

Aspen RxHealth is the first and only platform to give pharmacists the power to deliver clinical services as other healthcare professionals do on their own time. How you build your practice is entirely up to you. Compensation is based on both the quality and quantity of the services you provide and bolstered by the Aspen Rewards Club (ARC) incentive program that rewards consistent performance.

There are six required training courses to be completed during onboarding. Three of these courses focus on the app and the key points to cover during a consult. The other courses are HIPAA, fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA), and a Code of Ethics course. These unpaid training sessions are performed online at your own pace. Once the formal onboarding and trainings are completed, you will have access to join our private Aspen RxHealth pharmacist Facebook group and our resource portal, The Grove, where we provide ongoing education and assistance to our pharmacists, ensuring you’re able to learn continuously and best practice share among one another.

Aspen RxHealth delivers a full suite of clinical pharmacy services to our client partners, including medication therapy management, medication adherence, and member education . For a full list, see our solutions page. Once you complete the onboarding and training process, you can view and select patient consultation opportunities in the mobile app. Aspen RxHealth handles all post-consultation work, including mailing the medication list and action plan to each patient.

All services are provided through the Aspen RxHealth mobile app. The app will connect you seamlessly with patient consultation opportunities based on your profile and preferences. Learn more about how it works.

The Aspen RxHealth app is compatible with iOS devies (iPhone and iPad). The list will continue to be updated as we retire older devices and new ones are released.
