Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Marketing Communications is a collaborative and motivated individual who seamlessly engages with individuals at every level both inside and outside of Aspen RxHealth. The manager will be responsible for multiple aspects of the marketing communications support model to promote the company’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.
The Aspen RxHealth team is looking for a senior marketing communications manager with a passion for storytelling and a proven track record of building effective marketing communications strategies and programs for fast-moving organizations.
Responsibilities

Marketing Communications (75%)
• ABM Strategy – Define Account Based Marketing strategy and execution. Identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas and key accounts.
• Campaign Building- Build 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns to targeted accounts.• • Develop and maintain product knowledge to communicate product details and value effectively for external audiences
• Reporting and Metrics- Build and monitor key ABM metrics to ensure business impact measured by named account pipeline/bookings, database growth and accuracy, account/person engagement scores and sales utilization of programs
• Manage the creation of brochures, advertisements, and other collateral materials (both electronic and print)
• Oversee organic social media strategy
• Manage freelance designers/copywriters, as needed
• Oversee award research and submission process
• Support internal stakeholders with marketing, communications, and project management needs as assigned
• All other duties as assigned
Events Coordination (25%)
• Collaborate with the marketing communications and sales team to define the strategy, requirements, and execution for Aspen RxHealth sponsored events and national trade show / regional meeting presence.
• Preparing, presenting, and managing budgets and negotiating contracts with booth vendors, media partners, and venues.
• Managing logistics from ideation and planning through post-event evaluation for Aspen RxHealth sponsored events and trade show/meeting presence.
• Manage inventory and logistics of booth equipment
• Managing administration tasks, accommodation, and registrations for company attendees.
• Working with the marketing team to promote events or trade show/meeting presence through marketing channels such as social media, email, and advertising
• Presence at Aspen RxHealth sponsored events and trade show/meeting presence as needed to ensure the event operates smoothly.
Job Qualifications/Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar.
• ABM experience – 5+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience
• Experience in healthcare marketing, preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Confident communicator and outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders/customers.
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
• Ability to manage a budget.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience in the management of projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to work long hours during events.
